So, remember the Great Northern Sale I was telling you about? Of course, I had to go SM North EDSA myself and see if the deals are real! For me, I am inspecting the beauty section more than anything else, but the items from all over are just crazy!

My goodness, are these sales challenging my sanity, or what?

Just when I just decided to save, all these irresistible offers come up to me! Like last last weekend, I was able to score a gorgeous pair of silver shoes for my best friend’s wedding for below a thousand pesos! Would you imagine that? I really, really got to save alot for the things I need!

So this weekend, I am going to Temptation Island, which is SM North EDSA! The sale starts today, until Sunday, with almost everything on sale, up to 70% off! If you need to update your wardrobe, this is really a great, great opportunity to stock up as we are peering the ber months very very soon! ( I am a forward thinker. Hahaha! )

and oh, they do have a fashion show called Look front Row Fabulous during the sale, at The Block Atrium , at 6pm tomorrow ( which is a Saturday ). Get inspiration for shopping as you watch the models strut well-coordinated fun outfits!

I have a confession – I don’t frequent Forever 21 because the two branches are far from where I live, and there were times that when I’d try to shop there, I’d still come out empty-handed. The fashion selection is really great, but I was just trying to find something that’s me – something that I’ve also been trying to figure out because I really have no fashion sense, and I am still trying to find my way to my fashion identity.

But then, as I was picking up this pair of pants that I was eyeing as Jane Kingsu of Forever 21 wore it to the Watson’s Beauty Lab launch, I wasn’t prepared to see that almost all the selections right now at Forever 21 was simply….crazy! Animal prints ( ooh, I love! ), sheer tops, sheer bottoms, and really pretty and feminine dresses! As I was in a hurry, I managed to quickly decide on a sheer top and checkout as soon as I can. Now, I’m totally regretful that I don’t get to be in Manila for the 3-day sale of Forever 21 in SM Makati this weekend!

My favorite luxury mineral makeup brand would have to be Colorescience. Love, love, love it! I think the brand delivers in terms of coverage, sun protection, and being super friendly to the skin!

With this sale, I think they’re trying to encourage consumers to try the magic that Colorescience has to offer, and take it from me – you shall not regret it!

LORAC wowed me with their eyeshadows last year. How it’s pigmented is just how I want it – not wildly pigmented but not blah-I-can’t-see-any-color-give-me-my-money-back-one. The colors are just so elegant, and well thought of! Anyway, this has got me thinking, are their liquid eyeliners great?
