During normal days, the normal majority ( yes, that’s me, included ! and maybe you! ) uses mass marketed hair care products that are found in groceries, drugstores, and your department store beauty section. One can’t help it - mass marketed brands are practical because of their price, and their quality aren’t bad actually, because of the highly competitive marketplace. Take a look at how Pantene and Sunsilk are competing with each other by improving formulation and adding beneficial ingredients at such a fast speed that the consumer themselves cannot keep track!
But once in a while, we seek something out of our daily routine, maybe something more luxurious.
Take for example, the hair story of my mom. Her hair is subject of every family member’s envy, specially her kids ( with us all girls ) because her hair texture is very fine, and her hair’s glossy black against our coarse, poofy hair, that whenever we have our hair rebonded, when we see our mom’s hair, we just go green with envy that she never had to undergo that stuff. Going back, she can use any shampoo, and prefers local shampoo as she finds imported shampoo too strong for her taste, that it gives her fine hair some hairfall.
