VMV Hypoallergenics Now In Singapore!

vmvsingapore

What are the odds that two of my “favorite things” come together?

Singapore is my second home, and I love this country to bits. I feel so free and so happy whenever I visit this wonderful cosmopolitan place. VMV Hypoallergenics, on the other hand, is one of my first loves when it comes to skin care – heck, I believe that it is the first skin care brand that I ever patronized, and blogged about! Now, VMV Hypoallergenics is growing its roots in sunny Singapore, making the world beautiful one country at a time!

To my beautiful Singaporean readers, VMV Hypoallergenics is actually a homegrown brand close to my heart, one of the brands that I’m truly proud of that it was able to expand and make it big in the US, having a flagship store in New York that I’d love to visit one day. Must try products must be their skin care line – have your beauty assistant get you the skin care that’s right for you, and for acne sufferers in particular, VMV Hypoallergenics’ ID skin care line definitely did wonders for my skin when I was in my teenage years. Actually, I thought it was my only saving grace! Continue reading

Keeping It Simple With VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible SPF 30

vmv

There are days when you just want to give your skin a free pass and skip on makeup, just like a Sunday. Well, you will have that during the morning and lunch at home, but when it’s time to go out to the mall, you just realize that you need to put in something even just really, really light. Makeup dependent much? Haha!

Well! I can only be envious of girls who have poreless, and flawless complexions who go out most of the time without makeup, and still looking really glowing and beautiful! I have long accepted the fact that I have pores, I have scars, and I have redness on my skin, that is why when I go out, I’ve always loved full coverage. But there are days when my nerves can’t take all that heaviness, and I just want to feast on light makeup that would make me look like I just have good skin.

Say hello to my new baby, the VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible SPF 30. This was gifted to me by Jheng, the makeup guru over at Iambrigitte, while we were idly shopping inside the VMV Hypoallergenics store at Bonifacio High Street. She said it was a birthday gift for my thirty fifth birthday. What? I should already ask her for my fiftieth birthday gift! Hahaha! Anyway, she got one for herself, and one for me! Thank you so much Jheng, for the gift! You know how much I love foundations! ( and she herself loves them ) Continue reading

my makeup look using VMV Hypoallergenics Skintelligent Beauty Makeup

VMV Hypoallergenics has been part of my life, and it can be seen in this blog – dig in my archives ( articles here, and here ), and you’ll know that by the time I started to take my skin care seriously, I was using skin care products from VMV Hypoallergenics, specifically the Superskin 3 line for oily, acne-prone skin, and their Id line for my backne. ( sigh, my name should be Soph-ne, coz acne’s played such a huge part in my life! ). I love VMV Hypoallergenics, as by its name goes, it did not incite any allergic reaction from me as I have sensitive skin, but it is also backed by intensive research ( with dermatological papers, and all ) with all their products.
