A few weeks ago, just when I was having the busiest days of my life ( my best friend’s wedding!!! ), I was able to attend the Pond’s Institute Launch in SM Mall of Asia. They had on-site consultations, skin analysis, and some free skin services there.

So, happy 150 years to Pond’s, and 20 years, to the Pond’s Institute!!!

What I know of is that they have the prestigious Pond’s Institute in Shanghai, and I think that they made a makeshift one here in Manila for celebrating Pond’s milestone in the Philippines. I mean, come on, even our grandmothers swear by Pond’s Cold Cream!

Oh my gosh, the beauty bloggers can attest to how I was so starstruck with the very beautiful Angelica Panganiban during the Pond’s White Beauty Naturals launch. She was a breath of fresh air, so ethereal, much looking like a beautiful fairy that night. Her skin was just so fair, and smooth, and it glowed because it was so poreless! Last week, Pond’s held an event in lieu of the Pond’s Flawless White Challenge that just commenced. Oh, let me just say that I’m glad that the contest is over, as we were required to give 7 updates, together with our partners who roadtested the entire Pond’s Flawless White range for a few weeks! It was a great experience for Nikki and I, as we had so much fun updating each other, and brainstorming ideas on how to present to our readers the challenge, and I think that it was definitely worth the hard work!

For those who have oily skin, and are acne-prone, adopting an anti-aging regimen can sometimes be a pain. Okay, that first paragraph was talking about me. Yes, it’s still about me! Hahaha! To be honest, the title of this post should be, “How It Feels Like To Sit Beside Andi Eigenmann for Almost an Hour!” Hahahaha! It’s because I literally froze! ( why do I have these starstruck tendencies with stars? maybe it’s because I watch too much TV! )

I cheered on ( in my own home ) Andi Eigenmann as she was poised to stardom with her big break, Agua Bendita, cried with Agua and got mad at Bendita, I think that she just looks so beautiful! At age 20, she is definitely going places with her acting career.

I cherish my childhood so much that I have so memories that I fondly reminisce, and what’s funny about me, is that I’ve been a couch potato, watching lots and lots of TV ever since I was little. A big part of my childhood consisted of watching Okay Ka Fairy Ko, which starred Tweetie de Leon as Faye. Imagine my glee, a decade after, being able to meet Tweetie de Leon-Gonzales in the flesh, as she is the official Pond’s Gold Radiance endorser!

Okay, this was supposed to be an interview, but I didn’t talk much. I was too starstruck to ask any questions, buy my camera was so magnetized by how fresh, radiant, and beautiful Tweetie is, that I went trigger happy.
