* After blow dry, this can be applied ( very lightly ) to further “set” the hair ( just like a finishing powder!) this can give the hair the shine it needs.

I have used it personally and have seen such moisturizing effects on my hair. Amazing nourishment for my thirsty, drying out chemically processed hair and product of frequent coloring.
