Hi Rowan, I bought it via their website, I chose the option door to door delivery that entailed a charge. I think 150. I use it after washing my hair! I like applying it during the day after my morning shower, and sometimes, when I feel that the air is really dry, I smoothen some, lightly on my hair at night. Not too near the scalp lang as it might weigh hair down.
