Estee Lauder’s new releases

Just last week, I was able to attend a lunch affair that marked the press launch of Estee Lauder’s newest products – possibly two of their fastest moving products as of late, being out of stock in its first release in Manila, and with a long, long waitlist! I know some Estee Lauder loyalists out there, from skin care to makeup, and I don’t doubt that these two new products will make a mark in Estee Lauder history – the new Idealist Skintone Illuminator, and Cooling Eye Gel Illuminator.

Illuminator. The word reminds me of Harry Potter commanding “lumos!” that a room suddenly earns a flicker of light to lead their way. With my HP hangover not yet over, let’s set this aside and put it into beauty terms. I just love it when I see a woman with such luminous texture, like she’s an angel. I’ve seen some of these lucky women who are blessed to have really soft, even, and radiant skin, that they glow! What constitutes a glow on the skin? Even skin. Even in terms of texture ( no scars ), and color ( with no spots, or dark areas, whatsoever ). In this day and age, women get busy. Estee Lauder Idealist Cooling Eye Illuminator

Oh my gosh! I am always intrigued, and willing to try anything for my eyes. This early, I have laughlines ( maybe I just laugh too much! ), and my undereyes have not been that bright, lately. Estee Lauder’s new product really intrigued me, that I reached for this first!

Anyways, for the information, let me tell you its story -

Estee Lauder has pinpointed three root causes of dark undereyes, and puffy eyes, them being – Lack of Micro-circulation/ Weak Capillary Structure, Hyperpigmentation and Irritation .( agree ) There are so much causes of undereye discoloration, and mostly, it is attributed to lack of sleep, and even allergies.

With the Estee Lauder Idealist Cooling Eye Illuminator having the same technology as the Idealist Skintone Illuminator ( instantly bright undereyes thanks to the Triple-Optic Technology ), it adds a notch more to care for our delicate, and precious eye area, with its exclusive, highly concentrated DarkCircle Correcting Complex, that works over time to help reduce and prevent the appearance of dark undereye circles and puffiness. this is me, eagerly trying out the Estee Lauder Idealist Cooling Eye Illuminator during the launch. I really am in dire need of salvation for my eyes!!!!

Well, I have roadtested these products for a few days, and I have definitely instantly seen the Triple-Optic Technology work on my face, and my undereyes. My face definitely earned that glow – having that soft-focus look thanks to the pearly fluid applied on my skin. My scars and spots were instantly blurred as I applied this product. I am very giddy and excited about the effects of the Cooling Eye Illuminator, as the rich, pearly texture instantly gave my eyes a lift, and that brightness, which I found amazing! I also do appreciate the cold, cold ceramic applicator that gives my undereyes that “sigh” ( if they can do that haha! ) of relaxation. No need to put your eyecreams in the fridge anymore, but I wouldn’t consider this as a 100% eyecream, as I feel that this is sort of an illuminator/highlighter, too. Nonetheless, I am still applying this product on my undereyes for day and night, right after my Eyliplex-2!

I do think that I am ready to re-purchase the Cooling Eye Illuminator as I have been using too much of this product ( call me addicted ) everyday to mask my undereye problems, even if they’re only temporary, as of now! I really am excited to use these two products on a longer period of time to see if the results that they promise will be delivered. But for now, I am beyond satisfied with their instant effects. I am just sighing that there is salvation for the stressed women of the world!
