…and I’m back with a makeup look, inspired by the MAC Wonder Woman Collection!
For a quick flashback, here are my posts reviewing the MAC Cosmetics Wonder Woman Collection :
MAC Wonder Woman Collection : Mineralize Skinfinish and Blush Duos
MAC Wonder Woman Collection:Eye Quads, Opulash, Pigments, Penultimate Eyeliner
MAC Wonder Woman Collection : Lipsticks and Lipglasses
Remember telling you how much I love the Valiant Eye Quad? Well, I put it into good use, and made two looks out of it!
Wanna see?
What I used :
skin :
Smooth 365 Intensive Clarity Smoothing Peptide Serum as primer
Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation as base
Coverfx Concealer
Coverfx Pressed Foundation
Make Up For Ever HD Microfinishing Powder
Eyes :
Blinc Phase One Fountain of Youth Eyeshadow Primer in Light
MAC Wonder Woman Valiant Eye Quad
Blinc Liquid Eyeliner
Hard Candy eyeliner for waterline
Bobbi Brown Well-Defined Mascara
Glambox Mink Lashes
Lips:
MAC Wonder Woman Marquis D’ Lipstick
MAC Wonder Woman Emancipation Lipgloss
With all the products mentioned above, I was able to create two looks, from mild…

Mild Eye Makeup
This was supposed to be a smoky eyed look, layering from the darkest color of the quad going up, but since I have Asian eyes ( and hooded, for that matter ), only the lightest shades came up ( from darkest to lightest – Diana, Spinning Transformation, Valiant, Manila Paper ) . This makes me pull off a light smoky eye during the day.
to WILD!

Wild Eye Makeup
Well, this might not be totally wild to you, but it is to me! ( me, being dubbed as one always wearing “executive makeup” as my style ). The same quad was used, but the application was different. I used Manila Paper as base ( white gold) , filled my lid with Valiant (lime shade) , contoured my crease with gorgeous Spinning Transformation ( an olive bronze), and further intensified my outer V with Diana ( a dark forest green shade ) . I also smudged my lower lashlines with Diana Eyeshadow and highlighted my Inner V with Manila Paper. I love how it turned out on me as my eyes looked bigger.Hooray to eye makeup, eyeliner, and false eyelashes! Hahaha!
I’m taking time to mention and comment on how fabulous Glambox Mink Lashes are? They just about amp up any look with the lush-lashes feel, and they’re so sturdy that they can be worn over and over! Beats my disposable false eyelashes that I buy for 50 bucks ( a dollar a pop! ) Now I now understand why they’re a bit on the expensive end – the quality is just too good to pass up!
Okay, so it’s not everyday that I go adventurous with my eye makeup, so I’ll indulge you with a few more shots of my rare eye makeup looks ( I do hope I’d get to be in the mood to make more! Haha! ) :

Well, how do you like it? I hope you do! Haha!
PS for my Philippine readers, The MAC Wonder Woman Collection is poised to be launched this March 17 at the MAC Store in Rockwell Powerplant Mall. Thanks to the lovely ladies of MAC Powerplant for informing me!

ang ganda lang! I definitely am loving the wild eye makeup!
I actually like the Wild eyes better because it’s not overpowering, just complimentary. It really opens the whole face. Very nicely done!
