1. i take a bath/shower twice everyday
2. i drink plenty of fluids, i eat fruits
3. i always bring a/an umbrella/cap/hanky/face towel whenever im out of the house
4. i wear day cream/sunblock with the right SPF
5. my hair’s always on pony
6. i wear light makeup
7. i try to limit exposure to sunlight whenever possible
8. i use colognes instead of perfumes
9. i feel good about myself. that’s more than enough to keep me fresh and beautiful!
