Some things are never too late.
How can I ever get mad at this absolutely adorable Urban Decay Alice in Wonderland Palette, even if it knocked on my door a month late?
Absolutely not. I can only be thankful, and cherish that it’s finally home, with me!

The child at heart in me could not stop opening this pop up of Alice, lost in her whimsical world, the mushroom forest weaved with fantasy.
The Urban Decay Alice in Wonderland Palette does not only feed my spirit with childlike wonder, it also feeds my beauty-holic syndrome! Oh, just look at the eyeshadow selections. Tres vivid, what do you think?

The palette consists of 16 vivid shades that try to capture the colors of Alice in Wonderland on the big screen, and the colors are a mix of playful, bold, and neutral. The shades included in the palette are given “screen names,” that correspond to the “real world” shades that Urban Decay offers :
1st row from left to right, Alice in Wonderland Palette names on the left with their corresponding real world names on the right :
Underland – Flash
Alice – Painkiller ( both are from the Show Pony Palette )
Oraculum – Baked
Queen – Last Call
Chessur – Chopper
White Rabbit – Polyester Bride
Wonderland – Maui Wowie
Curiouser – Grifter
Muchness – X
Mushroom – Mushroom
Midnight Tea Party – Midnight Cowboy Rides Again
Vorpal – S&M
Absolem – Homegrown
Drink Me, Eat Me – Sin
Mad Hatter – Twice Baked
Jabberwocky – Oil Slick
The Urban Decay Alice in Wonderland Palette also includes baby sizes of Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide on Pencils in Flipside ( the blue one ) and Zero ( the black one ), and travel sized Urban Decay Primer Potion.
May I comment on the quality of eyeshadows? They are dead pigmented. No need to fight for color by swiping alot. One swipe, and you instantly get beautiful pigment!
Swatches can be found below :

I find this set very, very useful. I can bring it along with me anywhere, and I can pull off a wide range of looks – may it be playful and colorful, neutral and romantic, and even dark smoky! Ask me what’s my favorite color in the palette?
It’d have to be Mad Hatter. I absolutely love that this brown is just the way I want it to be – not medium brown, but not pitch dark, boring brown. It’s a shimmery dark brown that creates a beautiful, classy variation of the smoky eye! Big LOVE for Mad Hatter! I also love the vivid shades of Underland, Alice, and Absolem, and appreciate the neutrally perfect shades of Midnight Tea Party, Wonderland, and Drink Me, Eat Me. This set is a total keeper, I tell ya.
Now, I have a beautiful addition to my eyeshadow collection. With Alice to cheer me up, I am now motivated to come up with more beautiful eye makeup looks!
