As for my second installment on sharing my makeup artist adventure being a part of the Adidas Philippine Range photoshoot, let me present to you, the girls!

I must admit that doing makeup for male can be easy, but tricky at the same time. They don’t call it “makeup,” instead, they call it “grooming”. What do you do with guys for photoshoots? You fix their hair ( the hairstylist takes care of that ), you make sure their skin is all even and all imperfections ( if any ) covered, you put on some hint of color on the lips, and the cheeks, and make sure that their eyebrows combed neatly. For some instances they do need contouring for that defined jaw and more masculine, chiseled look.

As for the girls…it’s a long list! Hahaha!

For girls, it’s more of a challenge, and at the same time, a fun experience to doll them up. Playing with eyes, color coordinating shades from eyes to cheeks to lips, and sculpting features, as well. Print ads demand more of natural or prime looks – makeup not overly done, but in such a way that the girls just look naturally fresh and beautiful. I might say that it’s my favorite look to achieve.

Anyway, without further adieu, here are the Adidas endorsers that I have made up for the Adidas Philippine Range.

I was able to mention that Adidas Philippines did have really attractive employees right? I even joked around that they were hired just for their looks ( of course this is a joke. Look at the marketing campaign – I’m very very impressed ). The Adidas Philippines office is full of celebrity look-alikes.

Ria of Adidas is the morena Jacky Christian ( a commercial model ).

Edith of Adidas is the office Bianca Gonzales. Haha!

Okay, I’ll leave you guessing who Kat looks like. Comments are welcome!

Aside from the Adidas employees whom I’ve done makeup during day one, celebrities arrived on day two,

The face behind the sultry voiced DJ Fran of 93.1. One thing unforgettable about her – her laugh.

I was able to do a quick retouch on the very friendly and lively DJ Gellie Victor. The dusky beauty brightened up the room as she was all smiles before, during, and after her shoot. Haha!

I had so much fun during the shoot. Oh, before I forget, I was with Jamie of Mizzmakeup that day ( tip: she got to do makeup for a stunning sportscaster! ) , and Brigitte was able to do grooming for more Adidas endorsers on a separate day. I was really, really happy with the opportunity that came knocking on my door, which got me thinking if I should push myself to do more professional makeup.

Well, time can only tell!
