Oooh, Glee! Did I mention that I’ve been addicted to Glee? I really love this series for I fondly reminisce highschool life ( no, I wasn’t part of the Glee club ), it makes me want to sing ( by myself, alone, that is ), and there are lots of songs from the 80′s being sung there. Take “Don’t Stop Believin`” by Journey, REO Speedwagon’s ” I Can’t Fight This Feeling,” etc. Oh, just my kinda music!
Ok, let me get the spotlight back to my favorite Glee girl Rachel Berry played by Lea Michele. Don’t you just love her dress? I do! I’m supposed to be concentrating on her makeup now, but I just need to show you her dress. It manages to make Lea look chic, and classy, and somehow on a cocktail level because of the skirt. I am totally digging it. She wins the Grammy Fashion Award, hands down!
and for her makeup,
Her makeup style strikes me as simple, yet stunning. Defining her eyes with pencil eyeliner smudged carefully makes her the color of her eyes stand out, with neatly groomed and filled in brows ( no drama on the brows! ) . Cheeks were given a subtle hint of color, alongside a stunning nude pink lipstick plus gloss that compliments her skintone very much.
Overall, I think Lea Michele’s simple, yet stunning makeup was pulled off by her gorgeous sun-kissed skintone. Just evened out to perfection, and simple makeup, and she’s ready to shine!
Now, I’m just awaiting for Glee to come back this April. Oh please, I am waiting!
