The New Me

Note: This is my official entry for the GlutaMAX Contest :)

My life is an endless series of “New Me’s”, for every year, I seek to improve myself, not just in a subtle manner, but in such a way that I always channel Madonna ( one of the greatest music artists of all time, I firmly believe, ), who evolves. It’s pretty amazing, looking at Madonna’s timeline on her looks from the raging 80′s until now. I want to be like her – a constant flux, ever evolving, ever improving. I believe that our life’s purpose is to be the best that we can be.

A New Me – Self Estem On A New Pedestal

I would not deny that during my early years, I would devour fashion magazines and wish that one day, I’d be as beautiful as the fresh-faced models gracing the glossies. I’d memorize tips, I’d save up my allowance for beauty products – do all those sorts of things. In other words – during my early years, my dream was to blossom into a beautiful woman.

Minute Maid Contest for Beautynomics : Win a Beauty Course!!!

Hey girls and boys!

I’M back! Yes, finally, after the grueling bazaar season, I am finally catching up on my beauty sleep and more rest! But of course, where’s my Christmas gift to you Beautynomics readers?

Tis the Season to Relax and Feel Fresh!

After the grueling every-day manning the booth and endless labor, I truly deserve some rest and relaxation (R&R). Same goes with you, for sure! Nothing beats feeling revived and well-rested. Nothing beats feeling fresh.

One drink that I can relate to when I hear the word fresh is Minute Maid. Minute Maid Pulpy Orange is one drink that gives me a burst of freshness, for aside from being orange (one of my favorite fruits, and must-have for breakfast), it is undeniably fresh with real orange pulp that does not compromise at all! The best of natural goodness! I just love drinking Minute Maid and sinking my teeth in one of those small pulps. Haha! They also have the delicious Mango Orange variant, a great combination.

Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Contest Alert for Beauty Addicts!

In line with that, Minute Maid and Beautynomics have come together to give you a Holiday (and beyond!) treat – a contest!

What to do? You can do both, or win with one of either:

Beauty-Filled Weekend : Are You Ready?

Hi girls and boys!

I’d like to update all of you that I’m still breathing, and functioning. Haha! 13 days of Worldbex’s World Bazaar Festival booth manning is seriously deadly to my face and my health- my eyes just look so tired now, that even tons of firming eye cream and night cream just won’t do! Just goes to show that sleep is the best youth preserver – and there is no substitute for it. I plan to catch up on sleep next week. Pinky promise!

As I am on my last day at World Trade Center tomorrow, manning my Beauty & Minerals booth, I am happy and sad. I am happy to have made new friends, finally met my customers, and just happy doing the thing I love most – talking about beauty and convincing people on the products that I truly believe in. I am sad that I have already had an affinity with that booth that I have camped in for 12 days! Hahaha! But then, you think I’m done? Not quite. One last bazaar, here we go!

From December 18-20, I’ll be at the Rockwell Tent, for Beauty & Minerals and Inti-Mate Bra Converter being a part of the Rockwell Moonlit Bazaar. I’d be sharing a space with my favorite accessory bigwig, Jean & Rosz ( who sell really, really affordable but crazy gorgeous accessories ), and it would be from Friday to Sunday, shop til you drop until midnight! Aside from that, one deliciously beautiful find The Body Bakery ( that I have acquainted with last bazaar at the Hotel Intercontinental ) would be there as well to offer you super moisturizing body creams that smell too heavenly for words – just like your favorite sweets! It’s a must-visit at the Rockwell Moonlit Bazaar as well!

On another note, the Mineral Makeup Weekend, going on for its third year already, will be at the Greenmeadows Clubhouse from December 19-20. Hosted by Claudine Baron, it will have the popular mineral makeup brands Bare Escentuals, Lauress, Monave, Blusche, Micabella, and Mary Kay. I won’t be able to make it there, but my trusty reseller Shopsui would be there to offer you Monave Mineral Makeup, Charm Makeup Brushes, Inti-Mate Bra Converter, amongst their variety of products including the popular organic skin care brand Skin Hour ( LOVE their soaps! ).

So there, ladies and gentlemen, please make sure to drop by these two amazing bazaars this weekend! Hope to see you there, and enjoy Christmas shopping!

Beautynomics at the World Bazaar Festival

Dear girls and boys,

First of all, I do need to apologize for my hiatus. For the past few weeks, I’ve been joining bazaars as part of my ber-months automatic to-do list. It’s the time of the year when I could get off work and do the thing that I really love – my baby, Beauty & Minerals. Just imagine my pride when I saw this fascia board, on our booth, amongst all the concessionaires in the 8th World Bazaar Festival at the World Trade Center. The bazaar runs for December 4-16.

I am offering all the products that I firmly, and passionately believe in, in the course of my three years of operating Beauty & Minerals – Monave Mineral Makeup, my Charm brushes, Blinc products, and my recent discovery, CURE Aqua Gel. They are products that I have discovered, and tried on myself, before offering them at Beauty & Minerals – for whatever works on me, can definitely work on anyone, given my impossible skin condition – impossibly oily, breakout-prone, and no product stays on my face! So I can proudly say that these are wonder products that I am proud to be offering.

Aside from that, the Inti-Mate Bra Converter is also being sold at the Beauty & Minerals Booth ( # 322 ). It’s definitely a wonder product for those who have problems with their bra’s, and some “gifted ones” who are unable to wear racerbacks or cross-style tops just because they need the support from the straps. It’s also great for those who want the extra upgrade in cup size, as well as those who have problems with falling straps. It’s really heaven sent!

So there, I am off to rest again to face a new day, with me camping in the Beauty & Minerals booth at Booth # 322 at World Trade Center until the 16th! If you have time, please do drop by and say hi!

poof, as I need my beauty sleep. I’m breaking out from all the stress! Sleep is essential, really!
