Elf cosmetics has that too, and its less than P200 to boot. Works great, just as well as those name brands…

I have the NARS eyeliner in black and the Elf eyeliner pen in Midnight. I have to say the Elf works better and its a million times cheaper than my NARS. My NARS dried up quickly, less than a week after purchase.
