Just posting this to serve as food for the thought. I read this press release, and it was just inspirational. Gold is a significant color. I see gold as a color that symbolizes triumph – way back when I would aim for gold medals in swimming competitions when I was still a kid, and I also see gold as color of royalty – it reminds me of my interpretation of the legendary Cleopatra’s makeup – maybe her eyes were painted in gold. I also see gold in the glorious sunshines that await me every single day – every day is a day to make the most out of. Gold is a beautiful, bright color that somehow inspires everyone to move forward and be the best that they can be.

Cancer survivor Crisann Celdran: Each day is a golden gift
Ten years ago at 26, Crisann Celdran was diagnosed with cancer. Compelled to connect with a cancer survivor to help her on her own journey, she met Kara Magsanoc-Alikpala. They and two other survivor friends, despite limited resources, ended up forming the I CanServe Foundation. Said Celdran, “We knew very little and had different experiences but shared one dream: that cancer survivors should not go through this path alone.”
