I promise, I really wasn’t able to shop alot of beauty stuff from Bangkok because of its irresistible bargain prices in the clothes department! Gosh, but then, I could not let a trip pass me by without some beauty shopping! Woohoo!

Over at the Paragon Plaza, guess what I first bought!!! My smile was sooo big that my friends thought I was crazy – A BOBBI BROWN SHIMMERING NUDES EYESHADOW PALETTE! So nice that prices were slashed 10% off for the weekend! I was the happiest gal on earth that day, I swear!

I wasn’t able to shop for anything more because I was short in cash, so guess where I started using my credit card? At the Bangkok Airport, of course! ( always a reminder to bring EXTRA cash, and not to “budget” a trip for “emergency money”. Learned this the hard way, I’m going to be charged a bigger amount for the exchange rate charged by credit card companies but what can I do sniff )

First, I got stuff for the man in my life, my dad. An Travel Exclusive from Armani - a set of small bottles of Armani perfumes. I don’t know what scent he’d love, so I thought this would be a good set for him to test, and choose what he wants so that I can give him a big bottle next time. What he tells me? He likes all of them. Hahaha!

Another Travel Exclusive that I told myself that I’d be getting from my previous Singapore trip was the Estee Lauders Pleasures Set. I wanted to try all of the variants, and I’m so glad I got it, for around 1,200 baht = 1560 php = 34 usd. Good deal, right? The Armani’s around 1,600 baht = 2080 php = 45 usd. Not bad! They go to my sisters who are currently testing the Pleasures set.

One for me! The day before I left, I kept on sniffing Brigitte‘s fragrance because she smelled heavenly and it was D&G Light Blue. It was very popular way back but the hype died down, and well, I told her Id be getting a bottle for me, and I did! Yipee!

My last stop at the airport was well, the MAC Cosmetics Counter! Got a backup Dipdown Fluidline because I think I lost mine! *sniff* It’s a few hundreds cheaper from my country’s so I guess it was alright. I was able to find a New View Collection Mineralized Duo in Medium Shade so my friend paid for it in a heartbeat because the shades left were just so limited anywhere, and at the Paragon Plaza, it was still poised to be launched the next month.

Well, there you go, my beauty haul! I’m still a happy girl!

What makes the MAC Dipdown Fluidline nice? I’m currently using Smashbox’s cream eyeliner and I’m pretty happy with it. (Coz I really don’t have the delicate hand for eyeliner! I’m so much safer with this.) Are they the same kind?
