Last weekend was a dream to me. I know, I’m not the sporty kind who indulges and commits to do some jogging, or swimming every weekend as I get off from work, but if makeup artistry were a sport, I’d gladly take it and definitely commit to do it every weekend!

Applying makeup, as Brigitte and I have agreed, is very draining. It’s challenging that it creative juices pop out of your mind, as you bring a vision to life – your idea of beauty. It takes up alot of energy, and I still love it, and, and, and, I wonder if it would help me lose weight? hahaha!

Last Saturday, I was able to work with budding, and very talented photographers, models oozing with sex appeal, grace, and beauty, and a stylist that is simply extraordinary.

It’s all hard work with makeup but the moment you see your models get all dressed up and start working it, projecting in front of the camera, and cooperating with the photographers ( who are so enthusiastic to get their best shots as well, ) everything doesn’t matter, and it’s just a proud moment. It’s one of the best feelings, ever.

Brigitte and I rushed to the nearest mall to have a major pigout session with our darling model, Jamie, just because we need to be all nourished, ready, and spunky for Sunday. Yes, my makeup brushes did an overtime for Sunday! I’m not complaining at all! Remember, it’s my “newfound sport?”

Brigitte and I worked with The Lensmen Makati Club, I got to do one model’s makeup, and I’m happy she’s gorgeous to start with. I love almond eyes. I wish I had them. Figures why I tightline til the absolute inner rim to fake that. Hahaha!

Overall, I’m really really happy with my newfound adventures with Brigitte. It’s something that we love doing, and I hope that I get better at this. For the meanwhile, you can check out the other shots at my portfolio site!

Tata for now!
