A traveler’s must have in his/her every journey must be the sunblock, specially when the destination is in a tropical country. Remember, prevention is better than cure and skin cancer is not as easy as peeling off a layer from your skin via exfoliation. I can also honestly comment that sunblocks are a bit too icky for my skin, because even with lotions, I don’t feel comfortable applying it on my skin.

So when I was packing, I included the Aveeno Active Naturals Continuous Sunblock Spray with me. I was thinking, well, it’s a spray, it wouldn’t feel as icky as its cream counterparts. I crossed my fingers and wished that it would fare well on me.

Just before our flight, I sprayed the sunblock on my skin, and it felt like spraying deodorant spray I was in an airconditioned room and I didn’t feel anything - it was just like air-sunblock ! Haha! But during day two, while preparing to go to the zoo, just after bathing, I sprayed alot on my skin ( specially on my shoulders and legs because I wore a sleeveless top and shorts then ), and I noticed that it made my tanned skin glow. ( For the record, my skin was very fair then, but I just loved the tan I achieve during beach trips that I decided to maintain it for good. I love it! ) I then realized that it was somewhat a light mist of oil on my skin. Nonetheless, it didn’t feel greasy in any way, just a light mist of sunblock oil, way way way lighter than Nivea Sun Oil, and no icky feel.

For those who are iffy about applying cream products on their skin like me, I would highly recommend the Aveeno Active Naturals Continuous Sunblock Spray. It has three SPF levels - 30, 45, and even a whopping 70. Always remember that taking care of our skin, preventing it from wrinkling is our number one priority!

Hi Carmela, and Jackie! I’m not sure if this certain Aveeno product is already sold @ Rustans ( I’m hoping they already have this! ) but it’s around $10.50 @ Amazon, so that should be around 500 bucks to 600 bucks here in Mnl :)

Hi Lydia ! Yeah, crazy, a sunblock spray with spf 70! I love it!
