Now that I’ve revealed the insides of my toiletry kit ( or big beauty kit, that is, ) let me let you peek in my makeup kit! This is the kit that I’d be bringing around me all the time. Singapore is a beautiful city, and the night life is said to be just wonderful and glamorous- and I am definitely going to glam myself up Friday night to go partying with my classmates from highschool whom I am meeting up! ( They’re working there already ).
The insides of my makeup kit :
A Shu Uemura eyelash curler to open up my peeper
An Ecotools eyeshadow brush for eyeshadow application
A Charm crease blending brush for crease color and blending
A Bare Escentuals concealer brush for hiding my blemishes and dark undereye circles
Two synthetic kabuki brushes , one for foundation and finishing, one for blush.
A small pot of Monave Concealer Foundation in Saturnina for the perfect base
Skin Alison Raffaele Mineral Concealer in Skintone 3 for concealing
Clarins Summer Fever Sun Blush in Copper Sun for a sunkissed look at the sunny city
Clarins Waterproof Eyeliner in Black for tightlining
Clarins Summer Fever Lipstick with SPF in shade # 07 - this is sheer, but you can definitely see color here. I swear Clarins nailed it with their summer edition lipwear! Super duper pretty shades in 5, 6, and 7!
Larenim Invisipore as my forever reliable finishing powder
Cosminology Pressed Mineral Foundation in Astrovenus as my pressed powder ( the coverage and finish simply leaves me in awe all the time - I love this. )
Kiehl’s Lipbalm with SPF 15 in hue 30g for lip moisture
MAC Mineralized Eyeshadow in by Jupiter just because I’m too lazy to bring individual eyeshadows ( heehee this is enough to pull of a soft brown smoky eye look at night, and a sheer wash of shimmery light brown or beige by day )
MAC Fast Response Eye Cream for quick eye results ( depuffing )
Makeup Remover Wipes
In2it Eyebrow duo for my brows ( I can never go out of the house with ungroomed or shaded brows! )
Urban Decay Primer Potion to keep the eyeshadows intact ( even though I’m having trouble blending eyeshadow with this primer, what’s important is that it makes eyeshadow STICK to my ever oily skin )
Artdeco lipgloss in shade #28 for that Kim Kardashian nude pink glossy lipped look ( I hope to be able to pull something off like that Sat night hahaha! dream on! )
Fashion 21 Liquid Eyeliner for that waterproof line all day long ( YES, it’s true! )
and Johnson and Johnson Blotting Paper in Grapefruit scent for my uncontrollable oilies, and just because grapefruit’s my favorite scent.
not in photos : Blinc Kiss Me Mascara for that waterproof, tried and tested lengthened lash effect and Leyende’s Beach Bomb Fragrance ( which I SO LOVE !), Also , Camelia Rose Primer for that perfect base.
I swear, I’ve tried my very best to keep things at a minimum, and THIS is minimum to me already. Gosh, I better get some sleep now, it’s past twelve and I’m going to the airport by 3am. I’ll be back for my beauty updates soon!
