Last Saturday, I felt like the Hunchback of Notre Dame ( or Kampanerang Kuba, to make it more feminine ) as I carried ALOT of stuff for school - a huge makeup doctor’s bag for all the makeup, a Save the Earth green bag for all the skin care, makeup brushes, and books, my shoulder bag, and my overnight bag ( which I left at a friend’s house, fortunately, before heading off to school ). With all those “stress” on my shoulders, I think I’d be needing to go to the spa soon. And yeah, I ditched my camera because it was just too much to carry! So for last Saturday, I was the ultimate beggar for pictures! Haha but thanks to my kind classmates, I am able to “picnap” some.
Our class last Saturday was about highlighting and 4-color neutral eyeshadow application. I’ve always been fascinated about neutrals because they’re all about “shadow-play” and it’s very tricky, even if you’re playing with a limited number of shades. It’s just like my favorite thing to do - contouring and highlighting, that makes features recede or pop out. I find them all fascinating because with these, who needs plastic surgery? ( I got this from Kevyn Aucoin’s book ). They absolutely “cheat” the eyes.
Anyways, I was all goofy and happy last Saturday with friends coming over to model for us. Crissy was a doll for being my model for the day! ( Shown above, I was able to picnap a picture of Crissy and me as I finished Crissy’s highlighting and contouring ).

Me with sexy Shen, being really noisy, happy, and comical. She’s my “neighbor” model, Les did a fantastic job on her eyes!

Me with long lost friend Jamie. Jamie’s so beautiful!
at this point, I swear, that even my back will break from all the stuff that I have to carry this Saturday, I AM BRINGING MY CAMERA WITH ME. Look how I totally forgot to take Crissy’s finished look? I thought it looked nice since she had really sultry eyes but I think I was too nervous for my gig right after the class that I totally forgot about it! Argh!
Right after that, we went to RCBC Plaza, as instructed by our teacher, and well, that’s another entry!
Photos picnapped from Jheng, Les and Shen. Thanks!
