Hi AJ! I'm glad that you took a brave step of going to House of Obagi to seek a consultation because their dermatologists are really good! :) I really love the Clenziderm Cleanser ( so minty ) and Toner ( still so minty ) and skin feels tight. Hopefully that your acne and your marks go away with your continued use of Obagi products. Do keep me updated! :)

I was a bit scared going to the House Of Obagi in Trinoma at first bec. of its hefty price but I went anyway. I choose Clenziderm instead of the Nu Derm system. I have been using it for 1 week now,I notice my skin got dried though not that much probably bec. I have an oily skin. I love the foaming cleanser and the pore therapy too,my skin feels rejuvenated, the scent makes you think that you are really cleansing your skin. I am also using Clear and Blender mixed w/ 0.1% Tretinion for my acne marks so hopefully this all works for me. :)

I began using the Normal to Oily Clenziderm system on 10/21 following the included instructions. On 10/24 I woke up and my face felt like it had a sunburn so I went to look in the mirror and my entire face was bright red except for around my eyes. My whole face also has small flesh covered bumps that popped up at the same time as the burn. The redness and bumps are still here over 24 hrs later. I have used products with up to 10% benzoyl peroxide in the past, but there is obviously something about this particular system that just doesn't work for me. Be careful if you are considering this program...it isn't for everyone.

I have been using steps 1 and 2 of the Obagi system for just about a year. I was too cheap at first to purchase the whole kit from my dermatologist and skeptical because I had tried what seemed to be EVERYTHING. After using the wash, which I immediately fell in love with, and the toner for a month, my acne immediately began looking better. I just purchased the whole kit for the first time about a week ago. I've been using all three products and my skin is currently dried, and beginning to peel. I've immediately noticed the difference in the oil production- for once, my skin isn't (what I refer to as) glistening (with oil)! My skin, particularly around my chin, itches quite a bit right now from dryness after applying the third step but I have confidence this product is working and will get my skin to the condition I want and hope for. FINALLY!
