You should contact a dermatologist immediately to have you treated. I think you need to have your face cleaned, then the derma would give you a prescription or products to use depending on your condition :) Sansacne is for acne, but I dont know the gravity of your condition, e :)

i decided to post a comment here kc may friend told me to use sansacne but im afraid to use it kc feeling ko wala n pagasa bumalik ung dating skin ko.
pagod n ako at feeling ko ang pangit ko! huhuh..
plz give me some info about sansacne, may friend recommended me to use it. maganda b un? ok b sya?
my self esteem become low everyday because of my pimples, i dont even want to see many people kc nahihiya ako s face ko.
plz help me to get rid of it!

Really cleared up my skin, but i got immune to it ( 3 years of use, not bad) and have to have a new skincare regimen.. My face got bumpy and zits came out, so right now its teranex soap, clindamycin solution and tret with erythromycin cream.. .. I am very happy with it..

I don’t know what you’ve tried, but I had horrible acne till my dermatologist put me on spironolactone. Then it cleared up except for the occasional bump or two per month. Before, I had tried all sorts of topical meds, antibiotics, scrubs, etc., but it all made it worse.

Spironolactone is technically for high blood pressure (which I have no problems with), but because it has some hormonal effects, it has the great side effect of helping women clear up adult acne. Plus, if you get the generic it’s super cheap.
