I’ve never appreciated sleep, until now.

When I was in college, I would not sleep due to my competitive and achievment-hungry genes, and I thought I was fine. I still looked fine.

With my age right now ( a little bit over twenty ), I’ve managed to abuse my body again with overworking as I said I would promise to relax as soon I have my goals realized.

Boy, oh boy, I was wrong. I thought that I can evade sleep forever. And now, it’s taken its toll.

I would hate myself in the morning as I look at myself in the mirror after a sleepless night. Dull skin complexion. Eyebags. Nooo. Now, I know, now, I know, and I’m gonna be a good girl, and sleep, sleep, sleep.

So my point is, the biggest luxury that we can ever, ever give ourselves, is just rest. And ultimately, SLEEP. As we sleep, our body’s cells are regenerated, we get our rest physically, and spiritually, and we are in best of health without weird weight losses because of health reasons.

For that ultimate sleeping experience, Bath and Body Works has collaborated with sleep expert Dr. Michael Breus, to come up with their Aromatherapy Sleep Collection. They argue that people do not need sleeping pills to sleep, and preparing for sleep is a crucial part to make sure that we get sweet dreams! Aromatherapy really works, I believe - since I’ve sniffed lavender beads for ages to sleep!

Take a look at the collection :

To start, take a warm shower, or a sponge bath with the Sleep Dream Bath.

Then, indulge in the luxury of massaging your way to sleep with the Sleep Lavender Chamomile Body Lotion

And as you drift to dreamland, a mist of bliss from Sleep Pillow Mist.

Sigh, goodnight everyone! I hope you all have pleasant dreams. It’s so cozy to sleep this Christmastime, I hope everyone gets the rest that they deserve!
