“Hand Cream? Bah! Why would I get a hand cream, a lotion’s just enough for anything!”
and, another one! ” Why does L bother to buy handcreams? What’s the point?”
Those were my thoughts before I ventured into the blissful, yes, oh so blissful world of hand creams! What I love right now? It’s the Elizabeth 8 Hour Cream Intensive Moisturizing Hand Treatment!

I admit, before, I never paid attention to my hands. I just started giving them the time of the day when I started collecting nail polishes , and well, I was shocked to see that my hands were dry-looking. I mean, my hands are soft and smooth on the average, and they’re not rough so I wasn’t really alarmed, but when I look at them closely, the skin in my hands looked tight and dry, threatening lines to surface if I don’t take action ( Ahh! NO! ). Now, I finally understood the tolls whenever I’d wash my hands n times a day!
I was able to try Elizabeth Arden’s 8 Hour Hand Cream, and I can immediately say that I fell in love with it. The cream is thick, but not greasy, and is best applied on just-washed hands ( or better, immediately after taking a shower for it to absorb ). I challenged myself that my hands would feel that same smoothness from the first hour to the eight hour, and I applied the hand cream 8 in the morning, and by 9 in the evening, I could still feel the softness and moisture brought about it! My hands never felt this soft, and it is such a comforting feeling to have a hand cream by your side, in your purse, or just about anywhere! I am now currently enjoying my revived, soft, and well-hydrated hands, thanks to the 8 Hour Hand Cream! They definitely look so much better , and younger now.
One more great thing about it is the smell, too! During the day, I am not fond of creams that have heavy scents - may it be fruity or floral. The smell of the 8 Hour Hand Cream is very unique that it smells like something aromatherapic, but not quite. I would say it smelled medicinal, but not quite, too. The scent is very addicting, and non-intrusive , in such a way that you won’t be bothered by the scent - it is rather comforting, I say!
I would have to say that I will definitely keep this precious gem by my side! If Elizabeth Arden’s other 8-hour products are this good, then I think I will be glad to check them out , too!
