ganoderma excel I’ve found the Gano Excel Fresh toothpaste in my bathroom a few weeks ago. Hmm…now, where did it come from. Gano gano gano. Oooh, right, my mom’s coffee addiction has gone to a higher level! First, coffee with mushroom extract Ganoderma, now, mushroom in toothpaste! Haha! Now, who would want to associate mushroom with dental health?

This is pretty interesting! Okay, all I know that Ganoderma is a mushroom extract that proved to be medicinal, so my mom’s coffee drinking was further justified, even if I wanted her to stop already! ( and just leave the rest to me! Hahaha! ) Okay, just to give an idea for my readers on what Ganoderma, according to Gano Excel is,

Ganoderma Lucidum is the scientific name for a species of Red Mushrooms and is said to be more powerful than Ginseng. Known as the “Miraculous King of Herbs”, Ganoderma (also known as Lingzhi in China; Reishi in Japan and Youngchi in Korea) is listed as a Superior Herb in Sheng Nong’s Pharmacopeia, an ancient Chinese Herbal Text dating back over 2,000 years.

For thousands of years, Ganoderma Lucidum (the Red Mushroom), a kind of medicinal fungi, has been highly regarded by the Chinese as the “Miraculous King of Herbs.” Ganoderma is said to be able to improve the body’s healing ability, maintain a healthy body and promote longevity. Ganoderma has been shrouded in mystery for more than 2,000 years. Under the attentive research done by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, as well as the cooperative analysis and clinical experiments done by hospitals, colleges and pharmaceutical manufacturers, Ganoderma has shown to have the ability to help the body function more effectively, efficiently and optimally.

Checking out the website, they have food supplements, coffee, chocolate drinks, lipsticks and..feminine wash? Hmm….mushroom in those stuff? Interesting!

Now, going back to my toothpaste story, I just took the plunge and used this toothpaste out of curiosity and it instantly got me hooked. Really.

I just felt sooo darn fresh and all minty after my teeth-cleaning session, and my breath was oozing with menthol. I just love that feeling! Gosh, with this kind of toothpaste with or without medicinal value, I’m still liking it alot! The mintier, the better! Believe it or not, a funny thought just crossed my mind- anything that I speak to might just turn into ice because of this toothpaste! Haha! (okay, stop. weirding people out already.)

Now, I took the extra mile and did some research. Turns out this is one reeaally really healthy toothpaste! First, the ingredients are pretty simple -just Ganoderma extract, fruit gum, and menthol. Just that? Yep! Pretty simple, with really amazing results. Its beneficial ingredients ( particularly Ganoderma ) is also said to help further strengthen the teeth, cure gum problems and even cold sores, aside from its cleansing and whitening propeties. Wow!

With my love for organic and natural stuff, this has got me impressed- Gano Excel Fresh does not have artificial additives and sweeteners - it’s all organic! Wheee! This toothpaste is just so wonderful! My breath just feels all minty and it stays for a long long time! To add up, this is the mintiest toothpaste I’ve ever used, that even surpassed all the toothpaste brands that I’ve tried, from the ones sold in groceries to upscale ones that are sold exclusively by their own marketing channels.

Now, I’m quite positive that my bathroom is gonna be filled with either water-based or organic products, soon! * Hint, I just finished shopping online from a famed organic skin care brand! *

Tata for now!
