I could just go on and on on how much I love Aromaleigh products. Their Pure Shine Glosses are the best, as well as their lipsticks ( review, in a week! ), and I’m just happy to have stumbled upon their Eyeshadow Primer and Base!
With my dried out and nonfunctional Urban Decay Primer Potion that lasted a year on me, I was a very sad Beautynomist. It’s like, my pet that died. It’s so precious, and hard to find, and I couldn’t get one immediately because it isn’t available here. So, I was contemplating if I should get a MAC Shadestick, but the price just makes me flinch – I don’t know why. Usually I’m not particular about the price of the product, since I’m always game for quality, I just don’t know why in this case , I didn’t feel like buying MAC anytime soon though I really wanted to.

Gosh, the heat wave that we have right now is getting the best of me. I’ve been hiding inside airconditioned rooms, and taking cold showers twice a day to freshen up. As much as possible, in this hot hot summer, I want to feel, and look fresh no matter what.
Now, it’s entirely different when someone tells you that your smile is as bright as the sunshine (which is definitely giddy-feel worthy ), and when someone tells you that you smell like the sun. “Amoy-araw”, as my native term describes it. When someone tells you that you smell like the sun, it means that you don’t smell well, as an effect of being under the sun for too long. You know what I mean. I never want to be told that I smell like the sun!

With my newfound interest in nailcare ( thanks to my girlfriends ), I have stumbled upon something interesting. I remember some of my friends absolutely hating their habit of biting their nails whenever they’re nervous, that makes their nails forever short, and with ragged edges. Not a good sight! So, if you’re for nail growth, and you just can’t help but bite your nails ( a fixation, perhaps ), go get Orly’s No Bite Nail Treatment.
Whenever you feel the urge to bite, you’d absolutely hate yourself as the bitter taste of this formula would touch your tastebuds, that eventually, your nails won’t seem as tasteful as they had been! Hahaha! Now, I know that there is such thing as some way that would make you hate biting your nails! Here’s for well-groomed and maintained nails!

Lately, I have been on a fragrance hunt. Further inspired by what Star ( Bembet ) left on my comments box, that Coco Chanel said, ““A woman who doesn’t wear perfume has no future.â€. So, that left me alarmed, since I badly needed a future! Hahaha! Kidding aside, fragrances just give our olfactory senses some delight, and it’s way better than smelling either nothing ( aka neutral ) or something bad ! Hahaha ( okay, I’m still joking around ). Okay, I think this is an expensive addiction if ever I will be addicted to fragrances, or should it be?
I was given the chance to sample So…Sinful Fragrance in Eau de Toilette. First, I was astounded by the price tag. It was just around $8 ( around 450 Php ) for a 20 ml bottle. I was like..whaaaat? Usually, I don’t expect much from fragrances within that price range. I mean, I have had bad experiences with low-priced fragrances. Sometimes their scents disappear from the senses within minutes, but that’s okay – but one thing that’s worse than that is that they actually turn bad, I mean really smell nasty ! Argh!

Who says Johnson’s baby baths are only for babies?
I just wanna say that I’ll never ever tire of Johnson’s Baby Bath – in the blue variant.
This gives me the squeaky clean feel, with the relaxing, refreshing feeling of being a baby! The rich lather cleans me up so good, and the fragrance is so gentle that it reminds you on how much you love sniffing and smelling babies – they’re universally fragrant, no matter how hard they try not to. Haha!
The baby scent of this bath gel – that everyone just loves, just about what makes it a sure winner.

I’ve found the Gano Excel Fresh toothpaste in my bathroom a few weeks ago. Hmm…now, where did it come from. Gano gano gano. Oooh, right, my mom’s coffee addiction has gone to a higher level! First, coffee with mushroom extract Ganoderma, now, mushroom in toothpaste! Haha! Now, who would want to associate mushroom with dental health? Continue reading

I’ve never been a fragrance addict, but I do keep a really small collection of scents that I really like. I think that Neutrogena’s Body Oil is the best smelling body oil on earth, and I am endlessly enchanted by the alluring scent of Estee Lauder’s Pleasures and the classy scent of Oleo Relax from Kerastase , and even love the cheap thrill of the squeaky clean scent of Green Cross’ green variant. I keep a select few, but this new discovery, is simply amazing.
