If I were to choose a precious Christmas gift, this brush would be it. I have been debating with myself whether I should get this or not, because I am somewhat satisfied with my kabuki brushes here at home. And yet, the raves that I have been reading about in various forums and review sites are much too loud to turn a deaf ear to. Some claim that it is their Holy Grail Brush, and this tool helps their foundations, liquid or dry, glide in effortlessly perfect on their skin, making it look totally airbrushed. Some have ignored the hefty price tag associated with this brush because of the impressive quality. But still, some are quite hesitant - what if it wouldn’t work on them? Thus, they are looking for some alternatives which are more lower-priced.
I have chanced upon the Mineral Makeup site Everyday Minerals, and saw this brush called Eve Dual Fiber Brush. It looks alot like the MAC Stippling Brush, and the price is way lower! I wonder if it would work as well as the MAC 187 Stipping Brush.

For now, all I can do is hope that someone drops by my blog and give me reviews of these because I WANT THEM BADLY ! Hahaha!
Anyway, tata for now!

Hi there!
I am one of those people that are out for the 187 brush! I can’t wait to hear reviews on it these items as well! The 187 mini is what prompted me to buy the MAC holiday face brush set over anything else (i would actually prefer the eye brush set.)
omigosh. a perfect replica. just wait for the brush’s performance. ;P
i’ve heard great raves about 187, but i’m amid pondering if buying that is impractical or not. heck, it’s too expensive for a piece of brush.
Stick with the MAC brush - it’s painful on your wallet, but none of the imitation brushes are as densely-packed with bristles and therefore don’t move as well.
I’ve had my 187s since the first came out and they’re still going strong. My cost-per-use must be down to single cents by now!
hi, excuse my ignorance, how much is this thing?
hey girl. im debating over the same thing!! don’t know if im gona splurge on the mac brush or just get the everyday minerals brush. well email me or something and ill tell u in a week! becuz my friend has the 187 so i can compare. im gona order the EM brush 2nite along with one of their kabuki.
Michelle : It’s $48 and above ( whew ), but I have a friend who claims it’s really miraculous! Haha!
Ceci : I’m still waiting for kind girls like you to try out this Everyday Minerals brush! hehe
So…lemme know!
hey girl. i caved in 2 weeks ago and bought the 187. its really worth every buck. also Bare escentuals has a feather light brush that is in a kit from sephora for 55usd aong with other makeup products. if u buy it on sephora.com u get 20% off w/ good FF2006 extended thru dec3rd. also i am still going to get the everyday minerals brush for vacation. dont wana lug around my 187.
hey i talked to a girl on a makeup forum who has it.. she said its similar to the 187 but the hairs are less dense. which makes it better for blushes/blonzers rather than for powder or liquid/cream foundations. hope that helps. lemme know if u like it after u get it or not. btw ebay has the mac 187 for 24.99 +like 5 dollar shipping last night.
