Everyone loves vanilla. Vanilla ice cream. Vanilla Ice (Kidding!).Vanilla Flavored Cake. Vanilla Candy. Vanilla Frappe. Vanilla Milk Shake. The yummy taste of vanilla is such a classic that everyone from across all ages and gender loves them. My pick of the week is the Body Shop’s Vanilla Lotion.
Why? Hmm..It’s pretty obvious if you have tried this! If not, read on! Hahaha!
First of all, I remember telling you my dear readers that I’m lotion phobic. I prefer sheer body oil or serum-like lotions. But the thing is, I have lotion-philes as close friends! My dear friend Lorraine gave this to me last Christmas, and I’ve used it for like once or twice because of the chilly Holidays that I needed some tender moisturizing on my skin. You have to believe me, this has been the yummiest smelling lotion I’ve ever tried! I almost wished it was edible! Haha! It’s achingly sweet ( yes, it aches that I can’t eat it! ) , sweet sweet Vanilla! I love it! It’s pretty thick in consistency, but it doesn’t feel icky on the skin. The smell is so strong, but it does not smell too overpowering, and it’s really pleasant! My mom told me one day that I smelled wonderful, and asked me what my scent was. It was just the lotion! Cool! To sum it all up, this is one scent I’d love to inhale all day long.
Overall, hot, humid months made me keep the Vanilla lotion away because of my ick-phobia, but as Christmastime is approaching, and I have my own weird early countdown, I’m bringing this out to keep me smelling yummy for the Holidays!

I keep hearing about the Body Shop’s Vanilla range - I really will have to check it out!!!
i used to have a bottle of warm vanilla sugar from bath and body works that i reserved for the ‘ber months or when i’ll be watching a movie in a cold theater.
just like you the scent keeps me warm and i love all the compliments i get whenever i use it
maybe this time, i’ll score a bottle of the body shop vanilla lotion instead
