Gosh ! I’m so happy that finally, another week is over, now with a new one! I am so excited for the -ber months to come! I can’t wait for my best friend Maisie to come home from Canada this Decem-ber, I can’t wait to go to Boracay Island again ( which, I think, is truly paradise ) on Christmas vacation, I can’t wait to receive cosmetics as Christmas gifts ( Hahahaha! There ya go! My true colors! ), really, I have tons of things I can’t wait to experience!

Beauty-wise, I have four things to rave about :

Numero uno, I have stumbled upon ( figuratively, though I’m a fan of the toolbar ) David Ray’s Makeupbeat. I am raving because I finally have another drool worthy blog to read everyday. Who wouldn’t read the ideas of such an expert in the beauty industry? ( Looks around ). As for me, I will always be a student, willing to learn, and listen , in the name of beauty!

lotion barNumero dos, I am totally raving about my co-blogger Shannon’s entry about Lotion Bars. Lotion Bars! Call me a cavewoman, but this is the first time I’ve ever heard about this stuff. My eyes are glued, and are in total awe of this innovative wonders. Don’t these look cute? I think they’d make the perfect gift for any woman, or man, for that matter. Who doesn’t want moisturized skin? For more information, do check out Shannon of A Girl’s Gotta Spa’s entry about this!

Numero tres, I am happy to announce that Elke von Freudenberg, the brilliant makeup artist that I’ve always been mentioning in Beautynomics, is now offering eyebrow shaping and grooming services in SlopeSuds, which is in Brooklyn, New York! So for my readers in that area, act fast, call the salon, and reserve your slot! Guaranteed modelesque eyebrows for you!

Numero quatro, I have brushed up on my Microeconomics to find out if my makeup addiction is already irrational. Am I still within rational behavior and behaving beautynomically? Well, I realized, that my current makeup “lemmings” was a result of my inefficient makeup brush collection. Now, with a feeling of inefficiency, you just tend to want to buy more and more stuff, but my fault was that I wasn’t able to realize that brushes were what I’ve been looking for, so I’ve been buying more and more eye makeup shades! Totally weird, but I’m glad I totally figured that out. I’m still a norman, human being thinking rationally and beautynomically, still! I just got confused, that’s all! This weekend, I was able to buy a slanted eye brush from the Body Shop, and I think, it made my cravings for more eyeshadows less, because it was time for me to use it and practice!

Anyway, let’s get on with the week! Oh happy week!
