My pick of the week is Anastasia Beverly Hills All About Brows Kit.
Hailed as Hollywood’s “brow guru”, and having groomed and shaped brows for Hollywood’s A-list, Anastasia Soare sure knows how to shape the perfect brow. She is famous for the “Anastasia arch”, that is being sported by various Hollywood celebrities. Anastasia Soare believes that eyebrows can instantly change someone’s “look”, and clean brows can make you look younger, better, and given a more brighter complexion.
Her salon in Hollywood is the mecca for the perfectly arched brow, and it has a 5-month waiting list. Boy, my brows would have been junglelicious by then. Sephora and Anastasia Soare have teamed up to have a brow grooming studio at select Sephora stores, and an appointment/brow grooming session costs about $32 there.
Since I’m on the other side of the world, and booking my plane ticket, hotel accommodations and appointment to the brow guru would cost me pretty much a fortune, the next best thing is buying her All Brows Kit, which retails at $78.

I think there is truth that well groomed brows can definitely change how you look. My first eyebrow grooming was during my junior prom, and I noticed that upon tweezing off my untouched brow, my eyes were instantly perkier, and my face really brightened up.
I always have my brows groomed at the salon - undergoing tearful threading procedures all the time, and for maintenance, I use my ever reliable Revlon tweezers (they ARE good!). But the stencil thing really intrigued me. Is it that easy to use as it claims?
Considering the price, I don’t think I’d rush to get this kit since I do have a reliable tweezer, brow powder, and some highlighting pencils. I would consider, buying the stencils individually, since I have read some rave reviews about the “Petite Arch” stencil.
