Now that we have analysed everything about dandruff, here are some treatments that would get rid of dandruff for the meantime.

I have included natural remedies, too, so as not to hurt our tight budgets with this recurring problem. After all, natural ingredients such as fruits, I think, could really help

Anyway, here they are :

1. HOT OIL THERAPY

At bedtime, apply and massage scalp with hot oil cream, or virgin coconut oil ( which moisturizes great, by the way ). The morning after, rinse, thouroughly.

2. FRUIT ACIDS THERAPY

Two well known dandruff busters are lemon and apple cider ( vinegar ).

In the morning, just before you shower, massage lemon or apple cider diluted in water and leave on for ten minutes, then rinse off.

Also, it’s a great habit to rinse off your shampoo after your morning shower with water mixed with apple cider vinegar/ lemon juice. Not only do they get rid of the stickiness in the hair, it adds some “shine” to the hair, too!

3. EGGS THERAPY

Beat an egg and mix a spoonful or water to it. Massage mixture to damp hair and leave on for fifteen minutes. Emulsify and massage again for ten to fifteen minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.

4. YOUR DIET

As for our food intake, freshy juicy fruits can help alleviate the dandruff problem. Fruits such a apples, peaches, and grapes can certainly do that! Fresh fruits and vegetables, plus sprouted seeds, nuts, and whole grain cereals are great for the treatment. Foods to be avoided are fatty foods – meat, sugar, everything processed and preserved, and softdrinks.

If you have a home-tested recipe for treating dandruff, drop me a line, and let us share to the world!

Oh wow! There really are numerous ways to treat dandruff the natural way. I’m sure, with these tons of suggestions, at least one would work for you. We all have unique scalps, so we better start trying these ways to say byebye to snowy dandruff! :)

Happy weekend, everyone!
